When the parcel is delivered to the receiver, a SMS or email will be sent to you to confirm the successful delivery of the goods.
※The sender shall request for this service.

Inquiry of receipt and confirmation documents through scanned image.

After the successful delivery of the goods to the receiver, the signed receipt will be scanned for the inquiry of the sender online.
※Scanned image of confirmation slip should be requested by the sender (contract accounts) for inquiry. It is not necessary to request for the inquiry of the scanned receipt.

Production of disk production of scanned receipts

The image disk record on the signed receipt is available for your inquiry at any time or storage of big volume of signed receipts. A service charge of NT$1 per entry will be applied.
