(4)Restrictions for refrigerated items: refrigerated items must be pre-cooled for at least 6 hours, and frozen items must be pre-cooled for at least 12 hours until completely frozen.

- Prohibited items such as firearms and ammunition, hazardous and corrosive substances, poisonous substances, explosives.
- Leather goods, audiovisual products, clothing and shoes counterfeiting famous brands. Smuggled cigarettes, liquors, cash, securities, jewelry and antiques.
- Highly fragile items, unprotected glass products, eggs, artworks, improperly packed fragile items.
- Letters, securities, communication items, ID cards, correspondence, contract, invitation to bidding, notice of application, and application forms.
- Live animals, animal bodies, except food materials, sample specimens of blood/urine, vaccine.
- Merchandise that expire in 3 days, products requiring storage at a specific temperature, fresh cream cake, ice cream, breast milk.
- Improperly sealed liquids, easily leaking goods, plants or plant products.
- Items with special odors without proper sealing, salted fish, durian.
- The items delivered to Kinmen/Penghu must be specified in full detail. No dangerous items for air transport should be mixed up in the contents of parcel for delivery.
- If the contents of a parcel for delivery included the aforementioned items and the value of which exceeds3,000元 indemnity will be impossible in case of damage or loss.The maximum amount of indemnity for damage beyond the damage to or loss of the aforementioned items shall be NT$3,000 for a particular claim.
